四色煉奶包

之前整過幾次日式煉奶包
覺得好好味
我竟然一個人食咗三份之一(7"圓形模)!
唔得唔得拿拿林叫papà 食D先
佢減緊肥只係食咗一小塊
我馬上將個包送去隔離屋同阿姑姐分享

雖說個包好好味但小朋友佢哋唔肯食
唯有加D愛心用多小小時間
做個有顏色嘅包去吸引佢哋

材料份量同之前做嘅一樣
今次做咗長方型

200g bread flour
3g instant yeast
130g milk
20g butter
3g salt
20g sugar
25g condensed milk

Condensed milk filling
20g butter
20g condensed milk

Topping
Icing sugar
Almond flakes

150度焗20-25分鐘
