上星期去朋友囡囡嘅party
無錯又係生日party 連續三日都係食
呢個party 比較特別
幾乎所有嘅食物都係素食
冇汽水冇chips (小朋友party冇呢兩樣嘢都係第一次見)
有popcorn有生果有organic juice
仲有梳打餅
真係超健康
呢位意大利mamma好勁㗎
佢有兩個小朋友
自己湊又冇鐘點
所有食物都係佢自己一手包辦
Presentation 又靚
佢整咗超多polenta球
細粒嘅放喺一杯杯裝滿蔬菜蓉嘅shot glass 上面
排到成枱都係好似去咗酒店食buffet咁
大粒嘅𥚃面有芝士及火腿或西蘭花加葡萄乾(呢個配搭唔錯)
仲有杯裝沙律又係整咗好多
多到食唔完
雖然朋友好用心去煮咁多嘢
講真嗰句
去開嘅party平時都有三文治pizza, frittata, 意粉等大路食物
佢準備嘅健康食物未必人人食得慣
例如佢用ginger,leek, chicory 加南瓜打成蓉
意大利人好少用ginger

可以話係亮點哈哈
因為我對玉米糕及chicory 麻麻
見到呢個用雞肉做嘅蛋糕好有興趣試試

所以琴日即刻整
材料
150g plain flour
250g chicken diced
100g pited black olives
1 leek white part only
3 eggs
100ml milk
200ml e.v olive oil
1 packet baking powder (16g)
1/2 tsp curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste
做法
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Blend leek in food processor
Cook leek and chicken with 2 tbsp of olive oil for 5 mins add salt
Beat eggs add flour, baking powder, curry, the remaining oil, milk, salt and pepper, mix well
Add in the chicken, leek and olive
Pour batter into a loaf tin lined with a wet parchment paper
Bake for 50 mins
